I recommend Connie Torre as a companion/helper. She worked several years taking care of my elderly father who had Alzheimer’s disease until he passed away several weeks ago. While Dad at times could be very difficult she was patient and loving to him helping him with personal care and meals. She took him for walks, played bingo and read to him every day sometimes singing to him which he enjoyed and had a calming effect on him. Before his Alzheimer’s had progressed, she used to take him to the senior center. Connie is extremely reliable, always on time and very flexible in staying late or overnight if we asked. • Chad Pugh operates a small handyman & lawn care service. After meeting with him we hired him for the job and found him to be courteous, exactly on time each day and extremely conscientious and careful with our furnishings. We were delighted with him. We used his services twice. The first time he moved our things into storage and the second time he moved those items into our new house. Some of our furniture is very heavy and awkward to handle but he and his helper moved it all without a single mishap. Once the furniture was moved into place as directed by us, they then spent a couple of days working in our new yard trimming and raking and such. Again, we were very pleased. In less than 3 weeks, she sold 95% of our household furniture, housewares, and décor. She takes pictures, creates the listings, handles any questions from prospective buyers, and coordinates the pick-up of your sold items. She also did an estate sale for us. Will Gallant helped build a shed for me and has done a number of home projects for a friend. He is reliable, timely, well-groomed, neat and respectful towards people and their homes. In addition to handyman home projects such as lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, light drywall, light framing, he also does fine trim work.
