I highly recommend Abunvios Painting, Fernando Ballona (434-305-6904 or 434-305-5718). They did an excellent job washing all our outside windows on our two-story home, and while they were at it, they replaced a rotted board on our siding and freshened up our balcony railing, which had a lot of mold. We would like to highly recommend Ofelia Abundio (434-305-6904) and her husband for an outstanding job cleaning our windows, skylight, mini blinds, and chandeliers. They also cleaned our gutters and power-washed our decks. Ofelia says they also do painting and porch repairs, so I'm going to be having them back soon. We chose Abunvios Painting (434-305 6904) and were very pleased with the job they did. They did drywall repair from a water leak and painted the interior of our house. They arrived on time, very carefully painted, and cleaned up responsibly. They were courteous and worked with my schedule. We also hired them to clean all the windows. We have very high ceilings and windows. We used Stang's Softwash & Pressure Service (434-906-9593, Stangssoftwash@gmail.com) and were very pleased with the work. William Stang washed our exterior windows and 2 skylights. We have a prow-front house with three stories of windows on the mountain. No problem for William. He uses a deionized water filtration system that fed into pole soft brushes. We think it's been 7-10 years since the prior owners cleaned the windows and skylights. They look great now. A very reasonable price for the work. Submitted by Cary Hinton. August 2026

We were very pleased with the job Will Stang did washing our house (siding, gutters, facia boards) and roof. With a combination of pressure and softwashing, he cleaned our front deck, posts, and railings. When I pointed out a small area of the roof that needed more attention, Will promptly offered to come out the next day to treat it again.
