This fall new property owners at Wintergreen were invited to a presentation to learn about the resort community.
“We sent out an invitation to 650 new owners, those who bought here the last three years, to come learn about Wintergreen. We had about thirty or forty people attend. It was perfect for a first-time pilot presentation. We're looking to do maybe four to six of these new owner sessions per year. I'm really glad we did it,” Wintergreen Property Owners Association Executive Director Jay Roberts said at the 2025 annual meeting on November 8.
Saying he wanted those at the annual meeting to have a “sense of what we covered in the new owner meeting,” Roberts used some of his slides from his show for new owners. “And, what is Wintergreen? What is WPOA? What is Wintergreen Resort? There are many of you in this room that still haven't figured this out.”
