“This fall we sent out an invitation to 650 new owners, those who bought property here within the last three years, to come to a meeting at the resort learn about Wintergreen” Wintergreen Property Owners Association Executive Director Jay Roberts said at the 2025 annual meeting on November 8.
“We had about thirty or forty people attend. It was perfect for a first-time pilot presentation. We're looking to do maybe four to six of these new owner sessions per year. I'm really glad we did it.”
Saying he wanted those at the annual meeting to have a “sense of what we covered in the new owner meeting,” Roberts used several of his “new owners” slides at the annual meeting.
“And, what is Wintergreen? What is WPOA? What is Wintergreen Resort? There are many of you in this room that still haven't figured this out.”
