Perry was prompt in returning our call, worked with WPOA's Architectural Review Board to get the paint color approved, and his team arrived on time each day and completed the work in a week. They power-washed the house exterior and deck, repaired rotted framing on the decorative fence, and painted the exterior house and trim. The finish is a well-done hand-brushed and rolled paint job.
