Josh and Chad from Wright Way Removal (540-910-1940) showed up for what we thought would be a smaller job of moving furniture around our house, removing some furniture and then unloading a moving truck into the house. We originally booked 2-3 hours and ended up taking about 5.5 hours. They continued to work diligently through some difficult stairwells and the heat of the day. I wasn't going to ask my friends to move the furniture they helped move downstairs back upstairs, so I called Wright Way Junk Removal and Hauling (WrightWayRemoval.com, 540-910-1940), which got mentioned in the WBB in December. I called on Friday, and they said they could drop by on Monday at 11. They were 12 minutes late and apologized profusely.
