Blue Ridge Doors - 540-942-1866

The sensor on my garage door stopped working. I called Blue Ridge Door based on recommendations here. Rescheduled due to the snow for 12/23 between noon and 4 pm and they showed up at 12:15 pm. Fixed the sensors with no problem. The service call was $150, reasonable. The sensors were $225 (Amazon lists the parts for around $15) and installed in less than an hour, including the time to determine that they were needed. Submitted by Robert Peirce. March 2026

We recommend Blue Ridge Doors (540-942-1866) in Waynesboro for a quick and professional installation of a new garage door mechanism for our home. (It was burned out in a lightning strike.) Brandon was on time, assessed the situation, and was able to explain why parts needed to be replaced in a clear and honest manner. He also adjusted the spring tension on the other doors.
