They are knowledgeable professionals who offer sales, cleaning, repair, and appraisals. I have always used Frank S. Eways, Ltd. in Ruckersville for rug cleaning (and for an occasional purchase). I know they picked up, cleaned, and returned some large rugs at the Wintergreen Nature Foundation several years ago. The family business has been around for at least 50± years.
